UX Designer

For our trusted partner, a leading digital marketing agency operating in 20+ countries, we looking for a:

UX Designer

Good fit would be a professional with:
-A minimum of 2 years’ experience working in a similar role within the digital marketing industry
-Well-versed in using UX design and wireframing tools such as Figma and Balsamiq
-Experience with user-testing and usability analysis
-Excellent oral and written communication
-Knowledge of HTML, CSS and JS will be considering a plus
-A team player attitude that actively contributes towards the bigger picture of the organisation

Daily responsibilities will include:
-Work closely with the Product team and Stakeholders to ensure continuous alignment on business requirements and goals
-Prioritise a human-centred design process to deliver an easy-to-use UI and UX that can translate to better conversion on our sites
-Perform regular competitor analysis to keep abreast of competitor products and industry trends
-Develop personas, user stories and other resources that capture users’ needs
-Prepare and execute usability testing on our existing sites and products
-Make recommendations based on tests, analysis and user feedback
-Create wireframes, prototypes, and high-fidelity mock-ups that take into consideration all the above
-Author and maintain documentation pertaining to usability testing, guidelines, research and other related information
-Perform any other ad hoc tasks necessary for you to carry out your role effectively and efficiently
