For one of our trusted clients, an award-winning global eCommerce service provider, we are looking for a Quality Assurance Analyst to join their team.

Responsibilities:

• Responsible for ensuring the products meet the established standards of quality including reliability, usability, and performance
• Execute mainly functional tests based on business requirements
• Create detailed, comprehensive and well-structured test plans and test cases
• Estimate, prioritize, plan, and coordinate testing activities
• Effectively document identified defects in the defect tracking systems
• Work with developers as necessary to resolve issues
• Perform thorough regression testing when bugs are resolved

Required experience:

• Experience in testing web applications – eCommerce websites is a plus
• Exposure to agile and test management tools (e.g. JIRA, Confluence, qTest or Quality Center)
• Writing comprehensive and business-focused test plans
• Experience performing functional, non-functional, and end to end system testing
• Good written and verbal English skills

Desirable experience and skills:

• Agile (Scrum / Kanban) e.g Agile Development Experience
• Zephyr for JIRA
• Keen on producing quality software and understanding inner workings
• Ability to accept and deliver assistance to meet deadlines
• Willing to shift priorities to meet business needs
• Ability to document and share knowledge with team members
• Experience of working in short release cycles, agile testing, and risk-based testing approach
