For one of our trusted clients, a US based software product development and consulting company, we are looking for a:

QA Automation Team Lead (Healthcare)

Main Responsibilities:

• Lead a team of Automation QAs
• Responsible for synchronization in the team, share best practices, mentoring the team
• Responsible for overall process consistency across all teams
• Develop QA strategy for features
• Automation Framework support and development
• Suggest technical and process improvements
• Develop tests in the current framework
• Execute regression regularly (manually when needed)
• Shift focus from UI to API testing, both in new and existing tests
• Develop and maintain test cases

You would be the ideal candidate if you have:

• 5+ years of experience as a Quality Assurance
• Strong experience in automation and manual testing
• 1+ years of experience leading a team
• Excellent English – both written and spoken
