We are looking for a  HR Assistant with German to join our clients team.

 

Responsibilities:

  • Register new employees in the HR system
  • Organize and execute administrative changes of employee work life such as working hours schedule, parental leave, terminations, salary measures, etc
  • Independently create and modify employment contracts in German
  • Provide support to administrative topics in HR Operations

Requirements:

  • Bachelor degree in Human Resources, Administration or similar university degree
  • Proficiency in German
  • Very good knowledge of English
  • A positive mindset, can-do attitude, and proactive approach
