Customer Service Advisor with German
Responsibilities:
• Communication with customers via chat, email and phone
• Providing online assistance for products, websites, software, etc.
• Answer customer queries in timely and professional manner
• Guide customers into finding the best solution for them
Requirements:
• Fluent written & spoken German language
• Good English language skills
• Computer knowledge
• Can-do attitude
• Motivation, positive attitude, reliability and team spirit
