Chat and Email Support with Dutch/German/Portuguese/Italian

• Communication with customers via chat and email
• Answer customer queries in timely and professional manner
• Guide customers into finding the best solution for them

• Fluent written & spoken Dutch/German/Portuguese/Italian language
• Good English language skills
• Computer knowledge
• Can-do attitude
• Motivation, positive attitude, reliability and team spirit
